I’m so scared :( what are these white dots

i was wondering what these white dots around my urethra is...

ive been having weird symptoms too,

my urethra irritates

my urethra turned red but disappeared

and it burns to pee

but most importantly i wanna know what these white dots areimage

    Please see a doctor about this.

    If it is something serious, the earlier it is diagnosed and treated, the better your chances.
