I had a papsmear last October and my STD panels were all negative, Ive been with the same guy since then and I trust him that he hasnt been sleeping around. Is this what I think it is? 😦 if so then why did they all come up negative?

I'm not a doctor, but at first glance it looks like herpes. But don't worry, go to your doctor to be sure. Does it hurt you?

Herpes can be dormant for years. But if there is any lowering of immunity, it takes advantage of starts to show. Either one of you may have had it for ages. Any recent sex has a high transmission risk, so you both should get it checked out and controlled, otherwise you'll just keep reinfecting each other.

It looks like herpes sores, get tested for HSV.

Hi, I'm sorry, it does look like herpes. HSV is usually not included in a regular std panel. Blood tests are sometimes inacurate too. A lot of people are silent carriers because of that.
