are you uk based? if so they generally only test for 4 sti's hiv, syphlis, chlmydia and gonerreha. They do not test for things like herpes etc. Not trying to scare you but i'm in a tough position and trying to find out what is causing my issues.

it happened to me also, i have seen many on this site having this same problem i dont know what it is but mine is getting cured now, i have this for more than a month now, there is also smegma build up, a little itching, redness, etc, but now the redness and wrinkles are mostly gone, i only have a small red spot left,

you should keep it moisturised, avoid using soap on it ( just clean with normal water) avoid hot water also , keep your foreskin over the glans, apply any fungal cream or coconut oil, and clean it more oftenly

did you have oral sex, or any kind of unprotected sex?

no oral sex. without protection yes.. but all the STD tests came out negative . no pain, no irritation , no itch. just concerned about the blue colour of the penis rim. when erected blue colour goes away might be cause of high blood flow to the penis !

i also have a similar thing kn penis... but when i started keeping it clean it reduces.

The blue colour is a normal part of the head of a penis. In terms of the holes and dryness this is most often caused by long-term exposure to soaps, shower gel and other forms of body wash. It is possible that you also have a skin condition going on - but you need to control what you can before thinking about getting checked for that.

Do not apply soap, shower gel or any other body wash directly to your penis - when showering wash everywhere else first and fully rinse. Wash your penis with warm (never hot) running shower water, clean by rubbing with the inside of your hand, fingers and fingertips - when you get out the shower make sure all of you penile skin is completely dry.

The quality of your skin on the head of your penis looks quite poor - by doing what I suggest this will improve the quality, but this will be a long-term process - I mean years more likely rather than just a matter of months.

Hopefully the dryness will improve quite quickly - many men gain benefit from using Liquid Coconut Oil - apply a very light coating every other day for 4 to 5 months then you can switch to twice weekly.

Best time to apply is after you have dried yourself after taking a shower
