I am silly! and now paying the price!
was on 10mg citalopram and started taking it every other day, 2 weeks in and my anxiety and emotions went crazy.
started back on them every day for three days now. Emotions have settled, sleep better but anxiety still there.
will this settle? think i reduced way to fast as ive been on them for 14 years

That happened to my mum. You need to rebuild the balance of the SSRI and things should settle
