I'm suffering from total insomnia

I m suffering from extreme insomnia where I go weeks without getting any kind of sleep and if I'm lucky I get 3-4 hours only at 5 am I'm mentally and physically exhausted my body aches no doctors seems to know what this is I ran blood test and nothing was wrong although I know I don't suffer from any mental illness I'm not bipolar nor scizophrenic . It all started before Xmas Eve I couldn't get no sleep at all that night and when I tried to sleep the next day I just couldn't so I freaked out of not getting any more sleep so please to whoever is reading this and might be of a help don't hesitate coz I'm suffering terribly I wish i can die

    I’m was prescribed sleeping pills as well and I’m not taking them I believe my brain with get the picture one way or another it has to sleep it’s going on two months I been struggling with broken sleep I can fall asleep but constantly wake up I feel out of it all day and just can’t wait to sleep again but I refuse to take medication but it’s like I’m getting to the point where I just want to be knocked out lol but try sleep hygiene wake up and go to bed the same time work out make your body so tired it can’t refuse the sleep sometimes when I sleep less I eventually sleep more because my Brain gives in I have seen slight improvement waking now every 2-3 hours and before it was every 30 min it was horrible

    Hey there are certain teas you can do to help you sleep. I too struggle with insomnia for 10 or so months and there were a ton of nights where I would do 1-3 hours of sleep or no sleep at all. I've experienced my body being tired and body Aches(believe me. I know. body aches travel..) I recommend you do lavendar chamomile tea(brand called Bigelow) it really helps me sleep and relax
