I’m suffering pain levels of 10 , ten and one had weeks after a pkr on the inside of my knee.

I never have been able to walk without pain and I had to go back to work at 8 1/2 weeks and walked 7 miles on the job and quit the next day . Since then my patella tendon has been swollen even though I ice several times a day and I suffer excruciating pain when I walk. My surgeon says that I am still suffering from the hematoma I had after surgery. Does anyone think I ought to get a 2nd opinion and possibly request an M.R.I.?

Yes, please get a second opinion. An MRI would be helpful. Even though you may have hardware, there is a sequence called "mars". (metal artifact reduction sequence). The MR may show mal alignment, tear, or infection/fluid.

I am 6 months post TKR on my right knee including false knee cap. I have had a few problems...I cannot get my leg straight and cannot straight leg lift. Apparently I have a 10 degree lapse. My bend is not brilliant despite having an Attune knee fitted in the U.K. which is supposed to be the latest design. I was also extrememly fit and active before and in my fifties. I saw my physio for the last time yesterday ( private) there is nothing more she can do for me. I have not been happy with the knee since the surgery and am worse off than before! However, as my knee is still stiff, especially on exiting a chair or bed she feels I may have tendonosis of the tendon over the knee. I wouldn't say my knee is swollen but it is warmer than the other and often feels a little burning inside. I am due to see my consultant on Thursday so will see what he has to say. I am hoping he will investigate further, if not I will seek a second opinion. I will report back .
As yours is only a couple of months you still have so much more healing to do and you have probably just overdone it. I can only walk about a mile before I am in pain yet alone 7!
Good luck and I hope you get some constructive replies.

An MRI would probably be a waste of time as the metal in the prosthesis makes the picture very difficult to read. I suspect the beating the leg took in one day will take weeks to make a complete recovery. That's one thing about knee surgery, a step backwards is hard to quickly overcome. It will Definately take a long time
