I m sure amitriptyline is making me worse

Been on amitriptyline 2 years for sleep and anxiety since I 've been on them gerd has worsened constipation and my anxiety in a morning has rocketed I never had this b 4 has anyone experienced this

    Hi Anita, amit made me very ill, I was on them for over 3 years, and have been off them for a month, did a slow taper since last December and feel so much better, turns out I am really sensitive to all meds. Sadly my doctors at the time mistook my side effects for other health issues and kept upping them. It doesnt surprise me to hear anyone on here saying they have side effects.

    I only take half at night but I find I don't go to the bowel. Movement so much when takeing this . I found I had funny feels in my chest has any one else had this I can have 2drinks on them I am fine and I sleep as I have pains in my legs help any one else had this linda 😱
