I'm sure I have brain tumor

About two months ago, I started to having this really weird, one spot headaches. They are always at one spot, about 1 cm on left side, near top of my head. They aren’t very painful and they are not worsening but I’m very scared of them. I think it’s brain tumor. I’m diagnosed with anxiety and mild depression for two months also (I have panic attacks for about five years now). I’m also light headed sometimes, but maybe because it’s very hot outside. I’m also having tension headaches sometimes, but mostly on this one side of the head, but i have pain on other side also. It’s not hurting all the time, but very often. I have done blood test, CRP and thyroid hormones checked last month and everything was okay. My doctor ignored me when i said him about my headaches, he just touched my head at few spots and said it’s from stress, but i don’t believe him. I have done this “neurological exams thing” at home with my dad and he said everything look completely fine, but I’m still so scary. When I’m writing this my head start hurt so much. I don’t have blurred vision, problems with straight walking, vomiting or hearing problems, but I think my depressionand anxiety can be caused by this tumor (or aneurysm). I’m only 13 so I can’t go to doctor on my own and my family don’t want to go with me. Please help me, I’m sure I’m dying and I don’t to. I don’t think it’s all from stress

You DO NOT have a tumor or an anyuerism, I went through the exact same thing as you!!
I was experiencing overload of anxiety for about 3 months, and during this time I kept having cluster headaches like you described, little zaps on the left side of my head. They were quick and sharp and it would even wake me up from sleep most nights. I also had tension headaches and neck tension. Along with these, I had constant dizzyness, like feeling as if I was on a boat.
I eventually had an MRI done, bc I freaked out that I had a tumor, and everything came back totally clear and normal. As soon as I heard that and I started to calm myself down, all those symptoms ^ were gone lol. I haven't had them since. It was 100% my anxiety, it's amazing what your mind can do to your body physically.
Also, if this helps - my best friends sister had a brain tumor. She didn't have any headaches at all and her Dr told her at the time that's normal bc tumors don't normally cause headaches. What she DID have was the symptoms you mentioned that you DONT have: vomiting, nausea, trouble with balance/walking, and seizures. So it's highly unlikely you have a tumor.
And as for the anyeurism idea, if you actually had one and that was what was causing your headache, you probably wouldn't be alive lol. Headaches from anyeurisms are severe headaches where you can't even function and they happen when the anyeurism in your head has ruptured, which means you need to go to a hospital IMMEDIATELY bc if you wait a day or 2 you will most likely die.
You have obviously passed a couple days time and have gone to a doctor already, so you clearly do not have an anyuerism either lol. So stop worrying!! Listen to your Doctor and try to manage your stress better. I highly recommend seeing an anxiety therapist, I do and it helps me a LOT.

Thank you so much! I was so freak out, because when I'm scared I'm starting to feel something in my brain (even if it is impossible to feel your tumor i think). You calm me a little, but I'm still planing to go to the doctor, just to be conpletly sure!

Yes, it's always a good idea to go to the Dr with anything that feels off or not normal! But he will most likely say you are fine, and if he does then be ready to accept that answer and work hard on not worrying! Don't become one of those people who keep going to the Dr over and over for the same thing they've already checked out lol. It's not good to have that kind of health anxiety. If you find yourself feeling that way definitely see a therapist!

Oh and also, both brain tumors and aneurysms are INSIDE your skull, they do not take place outside the skull. So the fact you can touch that part of your head and it is sore is a sign that it's muscle tension causing those headaches and pain you're experiencing. Your head would not be sore from a tumor or anyeurism.

I think my headache got worse. I don't know what to do. I'm freaking out so much, I'm sure I'm dying. What should I do? This headache is still in the same place as always. I'm going to eye doctor in Thursday. I don't know - will he can tell if i have tumor looking at my eye tests?
