I’m wondering what the white little dots are?

Hey! I believe I currently have a yeast infection due to taking Amoxicillin. it all started Sunday. My vulva became very red and itchy and burned at times as well. Then I got an unusual white discharge. But no pain/burning while urinating.

I got some Monistat for 3 days and I am currently on day 2..as well as the external cream. I also called a doctor to explain my symptoms and they prescribed Diflucan.

But since yesterday, I've got those white dots and I'm wondering if this is part of a yeast infection? it definitely cant be anything sexual related since I have been way too busy with work for 4 months.

Any help would be appreciated.

    PS: those dots are on the vulva. more towards the outside of it.
