I'm worried about a spot I have

I'm not sure if its worth going to the doctors about my spot? I've had it for about a year now does it look suspicious? image

    Yes, definitely see a doctor or dermatologist about this. Dont panic...I'm not suggesting cancer and it may well be just a foreign body in the skin and some local infection, but do see a doctor as soon as you can.
