I'm worried about my health, I've been unwell for 4 years what should I do?

this is my first post ever and a lot has been going so I apologise for the rant . I have been experiencing multiple worrying symptoms for the past 4 years but I will list the main ones I'm having.

random dizziness

mild vertigo

loss of appetite

brain fog (cant remember small things i used to)

body aches and pain (All across my body)

bone pain (deep, throbbing)

chest tightness (feels like I'm having a heart attack)

localised head pain

ear fullness and popping

gastrointestinal problems

tingling and numbness in feet and hands

anxiety

insomnia

There are many more I can name but these are the main ones. I've been going to the doctors on and off for 4 years and the only thing they've done is a full blood profile (CBC, thyroid, vitamins, CRP, kidney, cholesterol, bone profile, liver). ultrasound of abdomen and chest x ray came clear. The doctors don't think the symptoms I'm displaying is worthy for a CT or MRI scan. The only abnormal result is vitamin D which came back as 19nmol /l or 7.6ng/ml. Are all these symptoms really due to a vitamin d deficiency? I've been taking 2 X 20,000iu D3 a week for 2 months but have not noticed any difference. Is anyone else going through this or am I alone?
