I'm worried about the scars on my penis

Hi guys, as you can see in the picture , there is a mark like scars on the glans, and also a soft white spot, I feel pain when touching the soft white spot, I am 26 and I have not had sex in my life yet, so I don't think it is due to transmissible diseases, I am worried that the scars will remain And my penis is deformed, what do you guys think, do you know what disease I suffer from?

(There is a difference in the pictures due to the lighting)

    i would go see a dermatologist, hard to tell, the two photos look so different! has it developed over time? is it spreading? is there flaking of skin? is there any fungal growth?

    try not to worry, there are a lot of guys on this forum with similar things and to be honest it can be tricky to diagnose....the fact that you say there is pain when touching, to me says you should see a doctor.

    just be sensible and get a professional dermatologists/doctors opinion, worrying will only make things worse. try to relax as some of these skin conditions can only be made worse by stress.
