I’m worried I’ve got problems surrounding food

in the last years ive been very consious about my weight and appearence and have always been fasting for periods of time and then binding for time. over lockdown i gained 1/2 stone which pushed me into the overweight section of the bmi chart. over the last month ive lost a stone and a half by simply restricting myself and walking a lot each day. ive noticed ive started to become very distressed whenever eating out is mentioned and even found myself pannicking and crying over the stress of eating high calorific foods infront of others. im a healthy weight at the moment but am scared that i will start to give in to it causing this to spiral, any advice or words of wisdom would be so so appreciated
