Dear Dora,
I think you could have facial molluscum contagiosum (MC). Here's a leaflet describing the condition.
https://www.bad.org.uk/shared/get-file.ashx?id=220&itemtype=document
Do you suffer from eczema or any pre-existing skin condition/s? I ask because MC is more common in people with skin conditions (clue- the corner of your mouth looks dry and cracked).
I think you should see a dermatologist and ask them to examine your facial rash specifically for MC.
Definitely not herpes; folliculitis/facial acne are other possibilities but the photo suggests MC.
Rgds,
Adhari

No, I don't have any pre-existing skin conditions, the corner of my mouth is where is the problem, it started on November 2019, and since then they come almost once a month and it takes 1 or 2 weeks to disappear
