I need advice!!!

So a few weeks ago I paid £150 for a PHONE consultation to be told I have Chronic spontaneous urticaria and that it isn't an allergy to anything. So i wasn't seen to in person, I havent been tested, just had a phone consultation. Im 5 months pregnant and im petrified to be having hives like this, no one will give me an allergy or blood test.

is this heat hives? (considering i was cold when it happened) as also ive been told it is that as well.
