i joined with the hopes of seeking the right advice about a health issue I've been having. I'm hoping someone takes the time to read and please forgive me. my grammar is bad. i have health problems. right now i feel like my doctors are blaming this on my mental health since they can't find anything. so here is a story I'll try to keep short. back in 2012 i was having bad pelvic pain (bladder area) and constipation. they say when you feel sick you suppose to get help and i tried to do just that. the ER didn't help me. the Pelvic pain got so bad to the point where i couldn't urinate and needed a catheter, imagine a 23 year old young guy having a catheter. the ER said i had chlamydia which is why i couldn't urinate. i don't know where they got that from but i'm a virgin. so how i got a sexually transmitted decease is beyond me. it took me 7 urologist and 5 years to finally find my diagnoses. i had prostate infection. now that infection is gone and i'm okay now. 6 urologist i saw before the last one was horrible and treated me poorly.

fast forward to now. the prostate infection which is called prostatitis is gone but the constipationremained. the constipation is getting worse and worse. its causing my stomach to feel bloated. i have to stay without eating for 3-4 days. the pain travels to my chest. my chest pains are getting worse too. right now my major issues are constipation and chest pain. i saw a doctor. he did a stress test and said that pain is not coming from my heart. i saw a gastrologist . he said i needed fiber. that didn't work. he did a colonoscopy. he didn't find anything. he send me away and didn't feel the need to wanna help me because he didnt find anything. i saw a second gastrologist. before seeing him, a day before i ended up in the ER because my stomach was so bloated and full that it hurt. my chest was feeling as if it was about to rip open. my urologist (new one) came to visit me in the ER and gave me an appointment for the following day to do a endoscopy. stomach scan and chest scan shows nothing. i remember i had the urge to finally make a stool. once i was in the bathroom this river like diarrhea came out. once i looked at my stool i noticed it was black. i didn't think that was normal until the doctor told me black stool means blood. after i was able to use the bathroom my stomach felt 80 percent better and my chest pain fely 80 percent better. the following day he did a endoscopy . he said my stomach looks normal. he took stool samples. he was confused because he didnt find anything wrong so he didn't know where the black stool was coming from and he was confused about my case because he said the signs point to something wrong but the findings don't. he said he would work with me to find answers. my other doctor thinks its my mental health and i'm basically making it up. she didn't say it in those words but i knew what she meant. i truly wish i was making this up and i tried to ignore these signs and symptoms but can't. how can i ignore chest pains. how can i ignore constipation. why do i have to stay without eating for 3-4 days only because my stomach feels bloated and full for no reason. no one should have to live like this. what do i do? i'm physically and mentally exhausted from seeing different specialist. im tired of people thinking im crazy. i dont know what to do. what other doctor i see and what steps i should take to find my diagnoses? this chest pain, back pain abdominal pain and constipation is starting to take a toll on my body and mental health. in my head im starting to believe im crazy. please give me advice
