I need an interpretation for tests of gas blood please

Hello, I've been having bad sleep and woke up with paltitation, went to emergency room and the did and ekg which was fine, ran this blood tests and sent me home with a prescription of vitamins saying i have low potasium though that was fine on the sheet. Put me on salts perfusion and sent me home.. arriving home i noticed some stuff are not right.. i am anemic and i feel very bad daily... could you please interpret this to know if it has something to do with my bad health? Thank you very much

    I need to add that the blood was taken from the same vein/artery where the perfusion was inserted but on the other hand.. i don't know if that's a vein or artery and if it's different result from where you take blood from what i've been reading . Thank you
