    Hello,

I'm really sorry to hear, this must be such a frightening time for you. The only thing to advise you would be to stay off Google as that will only make your anxiety worse. And something that someone said to me once on a forum and I use for my health anxiety a lot is: until you are dignosed with XYZ you do NOT have XYZ.

    Best of luck x

sorry you are so frightened Rachel. did the doctor give you any further information?

Maybe you can write down some questions to ask so that you have a better idea of what’s going on. It may not be anything serious. Remember when we have anxiety or thoughts go to the worst case scenario. You don’t know that yet.

its important that you try to relax your mind with some long slow deep breathing. remember not to overthink things.

ask things like what are they planning on doing now or what testing do they want to do? Tell them you like to have communication so that you know what’s going on.

We are here for you! Message anytime!let us know how it’s going. Hang in there you’re going to be OK. ❤
