Dont feel disgusting. We are all here to help and hopefully get you some answers. Now being that it is hard to see the bumps and you say they have been itching theres a chance it could be hpv. If you dont mind me asking, are you sexually active? What do the bumps look like? Feel like? And are they clustered up? Really wish the had the personal message back cause i dont like having conversations like this when everyone can see.

This could be more yeast/bacterial. Have you been taking antibiotics? Or are you particularly prone to yeast infections?

try to interrupt your sexual activity and cure this abrasion...the intimate parts, like the soft ones, heal in a longer time and at the same time become infected more easily because they are always damp ... I recommend taking care of the part well and using a cortisone cream

Vera
ps: if you could upload other pics will be important to check the effectiveness of the cortisone cream i recommended

You are welcome love. Yeah we all know the struggle of trying to figure out something or trying to figure out if its serious. So many of these issues have similar signs and can make you panic a little. Have you had any issues with yeast infections or bacterial infections before? Do you know how long the bumps have been there for? And yes if you can keep me up to date as everything starts to clear up and hopefully get you back to not being self-conscious because you have no reason to be at all.

Yes i would still want you to go to the doctor just to be on the safe side. With out actually seeing it in person I wouldnt want to tell you a course of treatment and miss something. Over the last few days has there been any improvements?
