I need general info from a (now former) alcoholic about health.

I sobered up 6 months ago but with recent anxiety I began drinking again. I drank for quite a few nights and it bit me hard. I woke up Saturday morning with my heart in afib and racing. I called 911 and they rushed me to the ER. They had to shock me (while I was awake) like 3 times. They stabilized my heart and sent me to a special clinic. They gave me detox drugs and a beta blocker. They ran all sorts of test to see if there was any damage and there was none. They ran EKGs, Echos, and no telling what else. Another EKG. Everything came back normal. Saturday night and Sunday I went through this. They decided I was ok to go home but my potassium so they gave me some and wanted me to follow up with my family doctor. They sent me home on things I was already on like Zoloft, Lisinopril, Xanax (now 2 a day), and Prilosec, and then a new drug, a beta blocker. Monday I had an appointment with my doctor. I was scared to death to even go to sleep. I finally did and slept fine, however, when I did wake up my BP had dropped to 59 over 36 with heart rate at around 59. When I saw my doctor, we talked about my stuff. I told her everything. She ran more blood work and found that my potassium was still low. She also wanted also wanted to switch some stuff up. She lowered my BP meds because my BP was so low. She also changed me from Zoloft to Cymbalta and from Xanax to klonopin.

All that's good except I am having some anxiety. She told me on Facebook to come back Thursday for another blood work because my platelets were a little low and so was my calcium. She said it wasn't bad low but I am SCARED TO DEATH.
