Call your doctor and ask for lidocaine gel.  It works wonders!

Hello, I spoke to my doctors yesterday and they’ve given me 800mg of aciclovir? Will that work????

Yes that is the medicine (pills) that will make the sores heal up.  Definitely take the recommended dose.  The lidocaine is a gel you put directly on the sores that simply numbs them.  It doesn’t actually heal them.  But it gives some relief while waiting for the pills to heal them!

I know I’m asking a lot of questions and I’m so sorry but the sores are bleeding like every time I wipe there’s bits of blood 😩I’m so done with feeling like this now I’m still in agony

my first year was awful with outbreaks. It gets better the longer you have it. Your body will build up natural antibodies. As for pain, I love to put straight hydrogen peroxide on mine to clean the sores, then pat or blowdry with the blowdryer then apply geranium and melaleuca essential oil to the spot.

A diet rich in healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, salmon) helps prevent outbreaks from occurring. Stay away from sugar and high carb foods. Peanut butter is also a trigger for me and makes me breakout.

Yeah after this I think I’m gonna be putting myself on a diet not that I need to I’m a size 4 but If it stops these outbreaks then I’d rather eat healthier
