hello everyone, I'm new here,

however, for the past week or so I have been experiencing a weird feeling down there. firstly I felt a section itching real bad, and after a day a bump came up in the exact spot and about a day or two the bump starts developing puss with white substances in it. I also noticed that it moved from one side to the next, so that makes 2 medium bumps. secondly, I have been seeing discharge too but it doesn't swell foul and the color doesn't change. additionally, I do not experience any form or pain while urinating, neither do I experience while doing my regular activities. I am young and I am really scared, should I be alarmed that I have herpes..... I really need your help

Did you have sex or receive oral sex recently?

Did the bumps turn into ulcers resembling oral canker sores? Are they sore to the touch or sting? Are there hairs inside? It could just as well be other things, so I wouldn't assume herpes without testing. If you are concerned, get swab tested for herpes asap before the bumps begin to heal (the swab test loses accuracy over time). The IgG antibody test is good from 3 months of infection. Don't do the IgM test (inaccurate, unreliable).

it resembles more of a canker sore, it doesn't sting, it itches more, I think I saw a small piece of hair in one of the two bumps, btw it seems as if it comes up after I shaved or been exposed to heat a lot, is that information important?  thanks for the info, I'm a bit relieved my this, I'll get it tested

Herpes does not always form blisters, or they can burst so quickly that they go unnoticed, but if you observed hairs, got them after shaving and heat irritates them, it could well be something like folliculitis (infected hair follicles). Go to a doctor and see what they think. If you are still worried about herpes, insist on a swab test while you're there. Good luck!
