Hey jack, sorry you have to go through these much of suffering....Life becomes really difficult if we have symptoms 24/7.

First of all, I want to ask, if you take any medication for your anxiety? As with any kind of medical conditions we can get illness anxiety syndrome...So if you are feeling anxious and thinking about your symptoms then it could be because of that also. I was there last year.

Another thing you can't necessarily have to have pain in order to be diagnosed with sinusitis, Pressure feeling is one of the important symptoms for that...Mine started without pain but pressure behind my eyes and sensitivity in eyes , but eventually it turned out to be sinusitis, I have that thing for a year now but improved.

you can also feel dizzy with sinusitis if that affects your ear, but other conditions cannot be excluded, If you are not satisfied with your doctor's answer then you should find another good ENT specialist who can listen to you and willing to help you.

If anything feel free to ask. Hope you get well soon.
