      just oil under your skin that is all just leave them theres no treatment needed alot of men have them they should not be squeezed or popped its something that naturally occurs so dont worry

      have u had any unprotected sex do they have a dimple in the middle of them can u get a closer photo of them i zoomed in some look like they have a dimple in the middle not sure if its molluscum or not
