It may be something like a thorn or something sharp that has gone into your foot. It looks a bit infected. Can you get someone to have a look ?. That may be easier than trying to get it out yourself. Keep it well washed and apply some vaseline at night over the spot to soften your skin. If it persists then you could see a chiropodist or your doctor if you are in UK. If your foot becomes swollen and puffy go to A/E.
Im sure others will say its a wart, but they are usually quite dry and have a black dot in the middle. This doesnt look like a wart.
