hey, I have something similar to where your thumb is. i had an appt today for a colposcopy for a different issue but my dr didnt think anything looked abnormal to her. im not sure exactly what it is but could be from ingrowns & scarring. you could have dry skin that is causing the itching. if they turn to ulcers i'd be concerned. i would have them looked at.

do they ooze on their own or do you itch or try popping them and they ooze? do they ever turn into ulcers? were you tested for hsv? did you have them swabbed? just trying to see what tests you've had done to try to get a better understanding. also is it just on your labia or in/on your actual vagina as well? do they go away and come back or they came & have been there since?

we have same bumps but I am also diagnosed with Genital warts and PCOS. what I do with my bumps to ease the itchiness is I put a cream calmoseptine cream 3-4x a day. just a thin application will do. or as long as needed. but with my warts I used another cream imiquad or imiquimod cream. but with my PCOS my OB didnt yet give me any meds.
