I need Help/advice and reassurance

I'm 19 years old and I'm scared all the time now I feel there's nothing I can do I read every ones posts to try and comfort me as its the only thing I can do other than talk to my family I've suffered panic attacks I feel like i have all these things that are wrong with me cause of my physical symptoms I'm thinking what if I have this or what if its that and so on.. I hate being like this it just makes me wanna cry which I've have already done and as for my physical symptoms you name it I've probably felt it all started off as I thought I was having a heart attack went from that to muscle twiches that's what really made things worse cause I googled before finding this site went from all that to eye twiches wired feeling in head neck strain like feelings back feelings warm spots on body sometimes sometimes cold sensations etc etc and I know a lot of people say check with your primary care but that's just it I don't have one and can't keep a job to get one due to these feelings I'm already gonna be in debt and have no way to pay for the 4 ER trips I've been to which they did blood test urine test ekgs all came back normal but I'm still scared and freak out I just don't know what to do i live with my aunt basically stuck at the house all the time i want help or to go to therapy but can't get either because I have no money and my family is already struggling finantionly so I get no help from them other than support which I do appreciate but oh ya on top of all this sleep seems to just get harder and harder for me as I also have sleep paralysis but fourntaly for is I do know how to snap out of it and all it does is just keep me from getting the sleep I need but ya I really just need some help reassurance as this site is literally my only place to go to believe me i wish I could go to the doctors and get therapy because I do want to fight this but again just broke can't even do that if your reading this I hope you can help and if you to deal with the same problems I wish you luck and hope you overcome your problems

Thanks its helps to know I'm not alone and ya I've learned not to Google anything the hard way but once again thanks for the reply and I hope you get better as well i have read some of your posts too hope you can get better

Hi, In many ways you are describing why anxiety can be such a problem to deal with, even at 19 years old, an age when your least likely to experience a serious health problem. You might read about these things in the news but remember the reason it is news is because its very unusual.
Anxiety causes lots of complex changes in our body and in the way we think, it can cause all sorts of symptoms in virtually every part of our body and remember we can get all sorts of odd feelings anyway. This becomes a problem when you believe all these sensations are signs of a serious illness, this makes you monitor yourself more, you start to notice everything. Reassurance on its own doesn't really help, you've even had physical investigations and they haven't really reassured you.
Don't let money issues be the reason not to try things, there are in fact lots of free resources that can be useful. Try searching for self help resources for anxiety they often have ideas you can try or learn a relaxation / meditation technique again the web is a great resource. There might be some local groups where you could learn these things.
The sooner you start trying things the better really, you can end up living your life around your anxiety and you know how that feels, it wears you down. It can be very difficult and requires a lot of self discipline but it is possible to get control back and as you do it tends to get easier. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply and yes it does help I usually try to listen to meditations on YouTube when I try to sleep they help sometimes and sometimes they don't but that's also cause I usually only do them when I try to sleep and idk if there are any local groups or free ones at that but I will look and will try the things you've mentioned thank you
