    Hi Kirsty,

Have you spoken with your GP? If not, please make an appointment asap!

It might be worth finding out the telephone number for your local Crisis Team - your GP should be able to help with the number. Have that number stored in your mobile just in case you need it.

    Another alternative is the Samaritans.

    Good luck x

      Hi Kirsty,

Be honest and tell your GP exactly how you feel.  You may find it helpful to write some notes so that you don't forget anything.  Please don't be worried, even if you get upset, that is ok too!  The amount of times that I have been in floods of tears during my appointments...........  But in the last two years, of seeing my GP just about every month, the one thing that has helped is by being totally honest, even if it is hard.  That will help him/her to get a good picture of what is going on, and how best to help you.

      Good luck! xx

Talk to your GP, if not already and explain you are self harming and your Anxiety is very high.

Are you on any medications or have you had any CBT

You will not harm your self even if you find that thought come very strong and never leaves you. It is hard but usually self harm associated with depression.

Anxious people ( like me and you ) are affraid to have ourselves harm.

If you have that idea as a thiught and bothering you than it is a kind of OCD and it is treatable.

    Have you tried med?
