I need help determining what these bumps on my penis are

hello. I'm a new user but this has been driving me crazy. i have 3 red-ish bumps on my penis skin. only had sex once in a span of 3 months (only having sex this month). I'm really confused because did not fit the Description of a few std's. Its not even painful, it just feels like a mosquito bites. i really need a second opinion . i work out a lot and im thinking its ache image
