I need help!!! Gabapentine is ruining my life

i was priscribed gabapentine for Anxiety and started to abuse it. i have been taking anywhere from 1200 to 1600. somtimes i would take 1200 at one time. im also a Ativan 1 ml . i got rushed to the ER for breathing difficlulties and now i have these horroble episodes of complete numbess and feeling like i cant walk or talk.

please somine tell me this is reversable . im trying to get into a clinic to get off this. Im so terrified i did permant damage to my body
