I need help! Has anyone had liver problems like this?

Just diagnosed with mastacized liver lesions. Doctor is looking for primary tumor cite. Liver needle biopsy next week to determine if lesions are malignant or benign.  Help... I am freaking out.  How does the radiologist know the lesions are mastacized? I was/am taking an antidepressant since 1999 that Google says has a "black list warning".  I knew this & the doctor knew this but my decision was to take the meds & have a blood test every 3 months to evaluate blood for signs of liver disease.  Up to now, no elevation of emzymes or signs of liver disease. Five weeks ago, doctor put me on a BP tablet for the first time.  I didn't know but the pharmacy called me with an alert about the BP pill & indicated it caused severe dry hacking cough in some people.  I had been taking it for 5 weeks by then & had developed a cough which I couldn't control. I thought I had an allergy or the flu.  I contacted the doctor & he wanted to see me. When I went in that day, I had developed severe pain in my left abdomen under the bottom 2 ribs from the coughing.  I had severe pain in my right abdomen under my 2 bottom ribs and the feeling of a fist knotted up under my ribs. I have had a Ruen Y Gastric bypass in 2005 with no problems & a weight loss of 126 lbs.  Presently, I feel like I have severe inflammation under both ribs from the coughing & the probing from the ultrasound from tests last week. The doctor prescribed pepsid 40 mg tablets as we were doctoring for IBS initially.  I had instant pain relief under both ribs & haven't had the extreme pain since; however, after my ultrasound, the doctor was consulted & immediately scheduled a CScan for the next day. Yesterday, my doctor indicated they were searching for a primary tumor that has mastasized lesions to my liver.  I feel like I'm suddenly living in a nightmare.  I have been scheduled for a biopsy next week.  How do you live through all this?  Has anyone been in this situation?  Please help if you have any answers cause I feel like i'm drowning.....

Biopsy is determined by a pathologist, not a radiologist,  and they can tell if it is benign or malignant, etc.

No need to freak out, because it has not been diagnosed yet.

Thanks, rocky31676, for your reply.  Any information I can gather is helpful, as was yours.  Sorry for the drama in my comment, I'm just scared.  Thanks again.
