I need help identifying if this is genital herpes, please. :(

I am an 18 year old male from the United States. Ive only had sex twice in my life and they were both with the same partner. I was depressed and wanted something to do, so I met up with this random guy I met online for a quick hookup. I didn't enjoy both of my experiences, it made me more anxious than ecstatic and I do regret it. They were both in June 2020, and August 2020 respectfully (I hated both of these experiences so much I forgot the exact dates). I became worried of my health around October 2020 and suffered massive depressive episodes before I got tested to the days I received my results. I also had a terrible pain in my penis and testicles. Thankfully, I tested negative for HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Hep C, & Syphilis. The only thing i was diagnosed with was Epididymitis, so I was prescribed medication (Doxycycline, 2 a day for a week). But during this time I was been having an itch on my rectum that has cleared up recently but has moved onto my inner thigh near my testicles. I performed oral on my partner but I haven't received any cold sores on my mouth (or surrounding area), but I'm afraid I contracted herpes, and symptoms are starting to show. Images are from the current affected areas and are attached below. Please help me.
