i need help in english word

i am not speaking English so well

i am looking for the word the right way to say:

a report in which someone collect information from academic search engine and write a medical report on a disease of a client and the possibilities to treat this disease. not necessarily a doctor that write it. i thought it is called: medical informatics report but searching google showed that this was meant for something else- something that related to computers and applications of medical devices and this is not what i meant.

i meant that if i want to order someone that understands in medical search engines and that this is his or her job, to write a report on the disease or medical condition from the perspective of the information on the internet how do you call this type of report English?
