    Hi,

This is happening to me and happens most when I lay down. The feeling is of like lightness as you are on a giant wheel or of crushing and I can feel my heartbeats.

For me , this started happening when I stopped the ADs.. Anti psychotics .. All .. Actually i tapered for a time by following the roadback program but the feeling is still there. I got diganosed with sm prb in ECG and given betaloc. That helped but I couldnt take it for a time.

And what I can tell for me from my experience .. This is the withdrawal I am facing... It was very much more when I did it without supplements but its lesser now.

I would advise you to have your ECG and endo done.. If they are almost normal .. Thsn i ts the medicine that is causing the side effect or withdrawal.

This is happening to you all the time because you're making it happen. You're allowing yourself to be scared. Anxiety feeds off of your fear. You will continue to feel this way until you make the attempts to change it, trust me.. You just described the mild symptom of the first three months after I had my son. So caught up in what could be wrong that I took no steps to solve it.. What you're describing is probably heartburn from indigestion and anxiety. When your anxious, your stomach produces a bit more acid, which is where the warm sensation in your chest comes in. You have to learn to deal with these and they will go away. I promise. I don't have them anymore except for my anxious days.. Take walks when you feel the pains. I couldn't imagine walking or exercising when I had those pains because I thought my heart would stop.. Now I walk and they completely go away.. The main thing is when you have pains, don't let them get to you. Have you had your heart and bloodwork checked? If so, you are fine. Accept it. Be relieved from it. Take a walk. Color. Swing your arms around, anything to release energy. Our bodies make us believe were in danger when we have our anxiety pains, so it releases extra adrenaline. This causes our bodies to basically go crazy.. Once you use that extra energy up, the adrenaline will slow and you'll feel the pains go away. Try some lavender essential oil. Run it on your temples and wrists when you're feeling anxious. Works like a charm.. Can you tell I've been through these exact issues? Lol

Im not familiar with these signs altogether. My first thinking and my wife is have you seen a doctor.Have you been diagnosed with anything. Are you using any new medications.Myself-I would have panic or anxiety attacks and sometimes allergy attacks. My heart would startbeating really fast 140 beats a minute more or less.My nerves would be jumpy.Hard to walk. What I was thinking was like am I going to die. What is wrong. What helped calm me down was benadryl at first.Later i found rantitide although a stomach pill is also a allergy medication. It worked for me also.I have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression.I was put on Lexapro and I think that is helping. It was also found had a very low vitamin D defiency Down to a teen percentage like 13%.I now have not had an attack for awhile.I hate those things.I think you are doing the right thing talking about it .Talk to doctors. Watch educational videos about people with similar symptoms.Pray to the creator if you believe.

Have you been to the Drs about it? What did they say was causing it? Hope u can get checked out to put your mind at rest. Although I've not experienced this symptom, it sounds horrid and I understand how scary it is to feel so desperate for help. Hope u get help soon. 👍 How are you feeling today? Does it help if you consciously try and relax, like trying listening to calming music, relaxed breathing and muscle relaxing techniques?

    Take care. Xx
