I need help with constipation

I always had constipation since I was a baby and I am trying to relieve it,

I have been taking 2 Dulcolax for 2-3 days and no luck, I also tried having a bath with again no luck, what is even worse is that my rear end is hairy (no joke) and whenever I try and wipe a few bits of feces, it sticks!!!

Please give me advice that would be very grateful.
