I need help with this now?

Went to the doctor Monday, dx with uti, no blood, gave me bacterum ds for seven days. Tomorrow will be my seven days and I am still having bladder spasms and not peeing real good. Is this my AV flaring up since I am using permarin for two weeks, the cream on outer parts and urethea., or do Istill have a uti. I know they have said lack of estergen can cause this..... When i pee a little comes out but i feel like I empty my bladder but still have the urge... it also doesnt burn or hurt when i go...... please help me with these questions
