Hi. The pictures are not clear enough to distinguish what you have there. Please upload better pictures for more accurate opinions.

Considering the position you're showing, I think you could have some fordyce spots there. They're normal and definitely not an STD (just sebaceous glans)

I recommend you to google "vulvar fordyce spots" images and see if they match with yours.

Update!! There are more pictures soon to be uploading and it has gotten worse. I am sexually active and everything was normal for a while so I decided to have sex with my boyfriend again and right after that, everything is swollen down in that area and there is now a white spot that hurts really bad. Doesn't burn, just hurts when i touch it or pee. It is very concerning. Also where it is swollen, there is a tiny bump and there is white and think discharge.

it could be a yeast infection that developed. Is there tiny white bumps, abnormal discharge that may be clumpy, thick or very runny. Accompanied with itch and discomfort not much like a pain but uncomfortable you know ?

yes. the white spot was very noticeable last night but i woke up this morning and you can barely see it. it doesn't necessarily hurt but it does feel irritated. and the discharge is thick and white but not clumpy and it does not have a strong odor. it also gets itchy sometimes but not constantly.. just every once in a while. my grandma says it looks like herpes but my boyfriend and sister says it looks like friction burn.. i am just so clueless right now and need help because i am very paranoid and cant get into the gyno for a month.

Im not sure if you saw my reply but the bump was very noticeable but it shrunk and is not as noticeable. it just feels irritated but when i pee sometimes it burns in that specific spot. it also doesn't itch that much. it is not like an constant itch. and the discharge is thick, white, and odorless.
