I need some help, any recommendations to cure Balanitis?(Male)

hi i been had red rushes at my penis for a while now i believe about 3-4 years. My ex he had yeast-infection and thats how i got it. we booth didn't know that until she went to the doctor.I have red spots on my penis and some times those red rushes they might leave for few months and then they start to appear again. i m stressing a little bit i m sure that i have balanitis and i need some help. i would like to get rid of balanitis and i don't know what to do, is there anything like a cream or any other method that i can i do it home?

      Treatment depends on cause: when did you last have unprotected sex? If you have had this problem for 2 or 3 years then it is unlikely to be straight forward to treat: is it possible for you to see a Doctor or Dermatologist?

      Please post an image clearing showing the problem - you need to load from a PC or a Laptop if you have tried from a mobile phone or tablet previously .........
