I need some sort of direction, these issues are ruining my life

Hello. I decided to join the forum for some sort of guidence. I have been dealing with the most bizarre symptoms the last couple months which is far different to the stuff experienced before. I used to have tardive dyskinesia as a result of antipsychotic use, as I suffer from psychotic conditions like autistic schizophrenia, albeit extremely mild now, but I woke up one morning in may and the spasms flared up again. But, something was amiss. The symptoms were far different, and the spasms were far too localized to be dyskinetic. I’ve been having the most ungodly migraines for the last month. Afterwards, I can’t seem to do cognitive tasks as I feel as if my brain is broken. the headaches come extremely quickly and can persist for what feels like an eternity due to how bad the pain is, then leave me completely unable to think or do cognitive tasks like gaming, driving, etc, sometimes until I go to sleep.  Though it couldn’t have lasted more than an hour really because otherwise I would’ve  called 911. I’ve been resting for a couple months now as laying down seems to help keep the spasms under control, but as an extremely active person, it really puts a major weight on me to have to be in bed so much. I know school is soon and I need this fixed before that happens because otherwise I will fail, every time that ‘fog’ occurs, I fail the test. I literally can’t process thoughts, as if I’m having an absence seizure or something. I don’t know enough about epilepsy to really say for sure but I have been diagnosed with neurological issues in the past and have had a few seizures in the past, albeit incredibly rarely.
