well the fact you are off to the gym is a great start - keep in touch you can keep me right and I will try and motivate you to get back on track I go swimming 3 times a week and i love it I never thought I would love it but I really do and have now become selfish in making the time to go. I have a bad knee injury so swimming is the safest form of excercise .

Come On Get back on the Saddle and go for it !!!!!!!!!!!!  how much was your goal to looose ?

Snap, came off pills about two months before Xmas after losing 25lbs.  Hubby lost his job over Xmas and I ate and drank as I pleased sad  Paying for it now after putting on 10lbs, I'm absolutely sick - its so hard to lose and sooooo easy to put on sad  Back on pills but have lost half a lb in two weeks, soul destroying!!  I def stick to less than 15g of fat per meal but note from what I eat that sometimes this is even under 10g of fat per meal - I know there is probably no such thing, but am I not eating enough fat???  Any help GREATLY appreciated as trying not to resign myself to being obese for the rest of my life waaaaaaaah! xxx
