i need to know if im having panic attacks or much worse

I have been having what i think are panic attacks past 4 month now but they have changed slightly my breathing is realy shallow every day and im constantly feeling dizzy everyday past 3 days and always in a state of derealization when i sit up of the sofa i feel like all the blood has rushed to my head i have been taking diazapam past 2 days can any1 help and does anybody else feel like this

    The fact that you mention 'derealization' and that you mention that you have been taking diazapam makes me feel that you are no stranger to depression and/or anxiety attacks.

    If this is correct, how long have you had this problem and when was it diagnosed?

      It hasnt been diagnosed just all the symptoms i started having tell me its a bad panic disorder mainly strike when im on a bus and when i go asleep i shoot up out of my sleep and gasp for a massive breath

      Have you considered that maybe the best bet for you is for you to go and see your doctor and seek some help?

      If you do not go then the problem could get worse, leaving you with a chronic anxiety disorder.

      I think the only way round this one is to nip it in the bud and see your doctor.

      You don't know it might be nothing at all, so all the worry you will have been experiencing could well be over nothing.

      Ok i will make an appointment with my GP thanks for the advice means alot
