I need to know more...

I am in the stages of being tested for PCB. All my bloodwork points to PBC and doctor has requested an MRI which I go to in a couple days and a liver biopsy which hospital hasnt called me to be scheduled as yet.

My issues have been itching which is so severe that I have scratched color off my body. I am light brown complected and have these missing patches of color so I keep covered up alot. I have turned darker in color. People have been asking if I am tanning. I'm not. My doc said it's the bilirubin doing this to me and some days I can look real dark. Not good. And weightloss is a problem. I'm small already and lost 20lbs I look horrible. I am not on any meds currently. I await all my tests and hope a solution comes with ease for me and I respond great to treatment. My doc said PCB is an autoimmune disease. I new to all this but have been suffering to this day for the last 1.5 years.

Whomever reads this, I thank you for your help and info and God bless.

OK, I suggest you look up the health benefits of "Castor Oil packs" as persscribed by Edgar Casey. It's brilliant for the lymphatic system and works wonders. Best of all, it's cheap and easy to do but a little messy. Cheers from New Zealand.

So you had the ama test? That's positive in 95% of people with pbc
