i need to pack up smoking

:grrr: since the beggining of december 2007 i have been ill with copd, should of packed in smoking 3years ago when i was diagnosed i did try but failed yet again,i have been on antibiotics of and on two and half months and 5 differant types,steroids,inhalers,started back to work last mon the first time since 21st dec,dont feel great but glad to be back start my other job this mon,struggling at moment but need to get back to normal as my self confidence is dwindling away and i feel rather depressed,started zyban and quitting smoking mon,hopefully,when i was really ill i thought i was going to die and i was so scared yet each time it passed i lit up a fag what the hell is wrong with me i ask myself,i have decided to choose life not death,wish me luck every one as monday is my big day.

    let me know if u succeed. i am on my 12th quit attempt and know i have done it this time, i fell for a lot of reasons 2 smoke but now i dont worship smoking anymore but see it for what it is x i hope you do quit x ps i have been free of cigarrettes for 10 mths now the reason some people go years and then start again is because they never gave up properly, i know i went 2 years and started again but i recognise where i went wrong now x

    :roll: I,M SURE IF YOU REALLY TRY TO GIVE UP MY DOCTOR WAS VERY SHARP WITH ME HE SAID DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOU,R GRANDCHILDREN GROW UP, THEN IF SO STOP SMOKING NOW, IT WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER EXTRA 10 YEARS ON YOUR LIFE I AM ONLY 48 IT FRIGHTENED ME SO MUCH ISTOPPED STRAIGHT AWAY HOPE THIS GIVE,S YOU SOME ENCOURAGEMENT GOOD LUCK XXXX :lol: :D
