about a week ago i started to have alot of neck pain and headaches and i suddenly started to mispronounce words which i never do has anyone else experienced this is it perimenopause im 48

Im 48 also, and I am experiencing the same. Sometimes, I forget the word that i am looking for and other times I mispronounce the word. It is frustrating but also quite scary.
I also have headaches and wake up every morning with a strange sensation in the left of my head. I have had 2 MRI's and a CT scan and all are normal. I have lots of tingling and pain down my left arm and leg.
I could go on and on but this should do for now!
