I'm not sure. It could be a genital wart. You might have the type/s of HPV that causes warts for a while and just started to show symptoms. But don't worry, this is an extremely common STI that a majority of sexually active people get, but only a small percentage show symptoms of it. The good thing is, your immune system usually gets rid of it within 1-2 years. But if you're really concerned you should go see a doctor for better examination and a proper diagnosis. If it really is a wart, you can choose to not treat it but it may stay the same, get smaller, or grow in size and possibly multiply. But this is all a discussion to have with your doctor. I also recommend keeping up on your PAP smears to make sure you don't have any HPV/abnormal cells in your cervix. Once again, it could be something innocent and benign so it's best to go get checked.
Stay safe.
