I noticed this bump on the tip of my penis near my uretha

This past weekend I noticed this bump on the tip of my penis near by my pee hole. It's does't hurt at all and is flesh colored. I have been having issues with dry skin on my penis these past week. I do plan to get std tested as I have had sex in the past couple of weeks. I have had no discharge or pain during urination. Could it possible be cause by dry sex/masterbation or yeast infection or an STD. I have been freaking out all week.imageimage
