I noticed this hard painless spot like on penis, it will be 2 weeks this saturday

Noticed this hard painless spot like on christmas day, im unsure if it was there before then or not but its painless so that's why i didn't notice it. Im very unsure what this could be as its painless. Theres no head when looking at it normally but if i stretch the skin round that area i can see the head. I have tried to pop it just to see if anything happens but its still there. Urinating is as normal?
