I often get lightheaded and see black

I very often get lightheaded and my vision goes black when I stand up. How often this happens varies. For some periods of time, such as the past few days, its happens almost every time I stand up after sitting or lying down. Other times, it happens once a day or less. (I am a 19y/o girl by the way.)

History:

This started when I had my eating disorder (anorexia) and the less I ate, the worse it was. (For example: when I hadn't eaten in 1-2 days, my vision would go completely black for up to around 6 seconds, I would almost lose my balance, felt like I would almost pass out etc.) I recovered from my ED after having it for 3 years and have now been recovered for 1 to 1,5 year. I always assumed the ED caused this by giving me (iron) deficiencies, but I am becoming concerned since that was a while ago. I started having a healthy diet and I've been taking daily multivitamins for a year now. I've had several blood test in the last year and my deficiencies are gone. So I don't understand why this still happens so frequently.

(Not sure if this is relevant, but I take birth control (Marvelon) and no other medications. My previous birth control pill gave me extreme fatigue though (sleeping 10-11hrs per night and still being exhausted all day) which is now getting better.)

Detailed description of symptoms:

Whenever it happens, it's almost always after standing up after sitting or lying down. I can feel it coming around 2 seconds in advance. My vision goes black (sometimes completely and sometimes I can still see a little bit). My head hurts at the same time, it feels like some sort of pressure in my head. Both of these things go away after 2-5seconds. I stand still for a few extra seconds though, because if I don't, I feel a painful pressure behind my eyes for up to 5minutes (only thing that helps for this is closing my eyes).

Can anyone help me please?
