I'm really worried but I've slept with the same guy for since I was 15, so I'm not sure where this could've come from??

This may not be anything to do with your partner but it looks odd, and especially as you say it is increasing in size you should get a professional diagnosis from your doctor. Dont worry, but do see your doctor.

Could be a fibroma or genital wart. The size and location cannot be seen in the picture. So it should be checked out by a dermatologist.
