I pulled my foreskin back below my head and it's not returning to it's normal position

Today I was masturbating and I pulled my foreskin all the way down below the head of my Penis. I stopped after pulling it down too far and it didn't feel right. I tried pulling it back to its normal position myself but i couldn't get it back to normal. It has now been nearly 2 hours and I'm concerned and I'm not sure whether I should go to a doctor or not. If anyone has any advice on what it could be and whether it is normal or not please let me know

    Hey it very important to get the foreskin back to the its normal position if you can't get it back and it swelling go to your doctor or Ed department
